6 Month Personalised Nutrition

This 24-week program is tailored for a medium-term specific goal. You'll develop good dietary habits for general well being, muscle gain and fat loss and learn to apply them to a specific lifestyle goal.

 

You'll receive updates following weekly check-ins and benefit from 24 one to one nutrition coaching sessions.

Here's how it works:

 

  1. Fill out a provisional questionnaire
  2. Have an initial consultation 
  3. Receive a detailed summary of your program including your nutrition framework & FAQs.
  4. Check in once per week followed by your weekly feedback and adjustments. 
  5. Receive 24 custom one to one nutrition coaching sessions over the course of the program.
