12 Month Personalised Nutrition
This is a continuous mentorship designed to give you a detailed grounding in how to learn your body and integrate beneficial nutrition and lifestyle habits.
There will be nutrition programs and updates, weekly check-ins and one to one sessions but rather than concentrating on a specific goal and good practices the intention is to seamless integrate all practices of healthy nutrition and wellbeing into all facets of your individual lifestyle. Not just concentrating on sport, work or body composition, this is taking a holistic approach to all aspects of life year-round.
Here's how it works:
- Fill out a provisional questionnaire
- Have an initial consultation
- Receive a detailed summary of your program including your nutrition framework & FAQs.
- Check in once per week followed by your weekly feedback and adjustments.
- Receive custom one to one nutrition mentoring sessions.
